U.S. Bank Closed my credit card account without intimation, All My Flex Point Lost

Loyalty to a 10+ year customer is out the window at U. S. Bank. I had 2 credit card accounts with U. S. Bank, in good standing.

U. S. Bank decided I was not using one of the accounts so without any warning, they closed it.
Problem is I had lots of “flex points” which I was collecting for a long time. The account is closed, and the points are too!!

Hey U.S. Bank, how about a letter or email telling me to use the points before you unilaterally closed my account.
I don’t think that is much to ask.
Very disappointed
